PAYMENT METHODS:
I accept Paypal, Credit and Debit Cards through Direct Checkout. I also accept cheques and bank transfers from UK residents. I wait for cheques to clear before posting of course.

ORDER ACCEPTED:
Orders are not considered accepted until they are either shipped or confirmed by email by the China Cabinet. If for any reason the order cannot be processed, the customer will be notified and a refund issued.

UK:
I use Hermes and pack really well.

EU / WORLDWIDE:
I am happy to post anywhere in the world, but I take great precautions against breakages on international orders. I use double-walled boxes, obscene amounts of bubble wrap, double box where necessary, and do not over pack. I do understand that my shipping costs are high; these include only the cost of postage and the large amount of packing materials I use, and reflect my commitment to getting your items to you safe and sound.

CONSIGNMENT:
For large orders, a lot of money can be saved by shipping by consignment. If you are considering a large order, please note the shipping charges will likely be less than the amount you initially pay.

SHIPPING TIMES:
International orders may take as long as 8 weeks to arrive, but I don't generally expect that long. Please do bear this possibility in mind though! Any customs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

COUNTRIES I DON'T SHIP TO:
Please note, even though I have "Everywhere Else" listed as a destination, I don't ship to the following places:
1. Italy or anywhere else where vintage china or antiques are restricted or prohibited.
2. Anywhere I do not feel confident regarding the import laws, completely at my own discretion, and for whatever reason under the sun.

Please note: I only ship to Australia at my personal discretion, if I feel that the order is worth the hassle (and it's probably not), since all my breakages are to Australia.

FAQs:

Q. Your shipping is really high! Could you give me a better quote on shipping for my order?
A. I always charge fully for postage and packing, however, it is possible that shipping cost that is showing up on Etsy is more than the actual amount would be for your combination of items or destination. I always refund any significant overages for postage and packing. Large orders will likely be less than the amount charged by using a consignment service.

Q. Could you reserve an item for me?
A. A bird in the hand. Yes, I reserve items, but only for a short time such as 48 hours, and will remove the reserve without warning. This does not apply to certain regular customers.

Q. I need a large lot of china for my upcoming event. Could you offer me a discount?
A. Definitely! I am happy to offer a coupon code just for large purchases over £100. Simply use BULKDISCOUNT to receive your discount. Delivery/shipping and packaging are still charged at cost, but I will gladly research the best options for you.

Q. I am needing to make regular orders. Could you offer me a discount?
A. On an individual basis, I am happy to offer coupon codes for shops and other regular customers who may not reach the £100 mark on each individual order, but make regular orders over a certain £ value. This will be arranged with each customer individually.

Q. I am needing a large lot of china for my restaurant or event - more than you or any other Etsy seller has in stock. Can you source and put everything together for me?
A. I am more than happy to search for specific items and put together bespoke packages, and I offer competitive prices! Just get in touch with your requirements, and I'll be happy to let you know what I can do for you.

Q. If I buy two or three trios, can you give me a discount on the items?
A. I'm very sorry, but discounts are only available on large orders over £100, or in the case of regular customers who purchase a significant number of items.

Q. If I buy "x" trios, can you give me free shipping?
A. You do want the items to arrive in one piece, right? Because I sell vintage bone china, I always charge fully for postage and packing.

Q: Could you gift wrap an item for me?
A: I'm very sorry, but at this time I don't offer gift wrapping services. There will come a time in my life, one day, when I no longer have three children under 5, but for now… no.
